#truncate FILEHANDLE,LENGTH
#truncate EXPR,LENGTH: Truncates the file opened on FILEHANDLE, or named by EXPR, to the specified length. Produces a fatal error if truncate isn't implemented on your system. Returns true if successful, the undefined value otherwise.
